Not so surprisingly, many men secretly desire to increase the size of their penis and quite a few of them have even tried various methods and exercises. This particular article pertains to dispelling myths regarding exercises that are supposed to increase penis size, as well as explain the science behind the whole concept.

Penis Enlargement

In particular, there are two layers of spongy connective tissue in your penis, namely the corpora cavernosa and the corpus spongiosum, whose cell compartments can be forced to stretch beyond regular size, gradually with exercise.

There are two other parts of the penis you should be aware about: the tunica and the ligaments.

The tunica albuginea is a tough fibrous tissue that surrounds the male organ. In fact, you can view it as a large inflatable balloon. If the tunica is stretched and hyper-extended continuously, it will allow the structures and muscles inside it to expand as well.

Penis Enlargement

You have what is known as an ‘inner penis’, which contains certain ligaments. These ligaments what connect your penis to the pelvis. They’re called suspensory ligaments. During enlargement surgery, this ligament is severed and the penis appears larger since it is now ‘dangling by’ rather than ‘attached to’ your pelvis. However, there are many potential side effects, and the cost and pain is way beyond the worth of the half inch that you’ll gain. I’m sure quite a few of you think in an identical fashion.

Since penis enlargement can be done primarily via exercise, it is imperative that you have a proper diet, as any other form of exercise demands. Your body requires protein to grow and expand as per demands. So make sure you’re eating a healthy and well balanced diet, which comprises of a lot of protein, like skinless chicken, eggs, salmon, turkey, tuna, etc.
